Surrounded by pine forests, the small cabin is located in a private bay overlooking the fjord and the mountains on Tustna Island. Visitors are led along a linear path in site-cast concrete, from the forest to the sea. The design takes the shape of a perfect square, enclosing a small, natural atrium that provide shelter from the strong winds. The structure is raised on pillars that defines an orthogonal grid reflected in the interior of the cabin. Despite the strict formal expression of the cabin, the landscape maintains its strong natural character.
